Who we help

For the family that lives too far away

Your mom says she's fine. Your dad "doesn't want to be a bother." You're five hundred miles away reading between the lines of a two-minute phone call. Harbor Watch is a nurse's trained eyes in the room — someone who visits, notices what's changing, tells you plainly, and takes on the insurance paperwork nobody has the energy to fight.

We check in. We notice changes. We alert you and their doctor. For emergencies, always call 911.

Services

Plain offers, flat prices

RN Home-Safety & Clinical Assessment

$400–600 flat, scheduled

A thorough, unhurried visit: home safety, medications, mobility, nutrition, and the clinical picture — written up in plain language, with a call to you afterward. Every visit ends with "here's what I saw, here's what I'd do."

Care & Insurance Advocacy

$100–150/hr, or a small monthly retainer

Denied claims, confusing bills, appeals, discharge plans, specialist coordination. Forty years of speaking the system's language — used on your parent's side of the table.

How it works

Four honest steps

  1. A free 20-minute family call. You tell us about your parent; we tell you honestly whether we can help.
  2. The first assessment. A scheduled RN visit, a written report, and a phone call with you the same day.
  3. A plan you approve. Visit cadence, advocacy priorities, who gets called about what. Nothing happens that you haven't agreed to.
  4. We keep watch. Scheduled visits, plain-language updates after every one, and a nurse in your corner when the system pushes back.

What we are — and what we're not.

Harbor Watch provides scheduled visits, clinical assessment, and advocacy. We notice, we document, and we alert the people you choose. We are not an emergency response service and we do not provide continuous supervision.

In an emergency, always call 911.
